I’m a big believer in deliverance prayer.
Why?
Because Jesus is real and still casts out demons today.
There is Great Power In the Mighty name Of Jesus.
Just the Name Jesus terrifies demons.
If you are in need of deliverance you can be set free.
Some deliverance is immediate and some are gradual and happen over a period of time.
Either way, you will be delivered.
Some people mix up getting healed and getting delivered.
If you are seeking deliverance it means casting out demons.
I will write on healing prayers another time.
The first step is to get deliverance prayer.
A word of caution: Don’t just trust anyone to pray for you. Use your discernment and ask God to help guide you.
Having the right person to pray for you or ministry that is led by the Holy Spirit is very important.
I will have some deliverance ministries recommendations that you can look into if you are interested.
And before seeking deliverance you should repent of your sins and fully turn away from anything not pleasing to God.
Because you don’t want to end up in a worse state then you are currently in.
Luke 11:24-26
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.
And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.
Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.
Deliverance Prayer Examples
Psalm 143
Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
Hear me speedily, O Lord: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
Deliver me, O Lord, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble.
And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
Say The Following Prayer Out Loud Daily:
Father, In the name of Jesus Christ. I bind powers, principalities, rules of darkness, and wickedness over me.
In Jesus’s name, I bind the strongman out of my life. I rebuke ( List what you want to remove from your life) I.E. sickness
I pray the will of the father in my life.
In Jesus Christ’s name, I loosen the angels of God to warfare on my behalf. To minister for me and destroy all demons in or around me.
In Jesus Christ’s name, I ask you to fill me with your Holy Spirit.
In Jesus Christ’s name, I cancel every curse, hex, spell or plot of satan and his demons.
Father, help me to fight the good fight and be delivered from ( name again what you want to be removed) in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let your will be done in me.
